In 30 years in the industry, Thomas Wanitschke has managed portfolios for family offices, institutional investors and corporates at strategic and operational level, led the commercial side of project developments and construction projects, reviewed acquisitions and supported disposals. He has set up and restructured real estate organisations and managed handovers from previous property managers.
Clients benefit from this breadth. Strategic decisions are taken with day-to-day operations in mind, and property management is run with value and returns in mind.
