Technical Due Diligence
Technical review for acquisitions, disposals and financing, managed by alwa group and carried out with specialist partners.

Technical review for acquisitions, disposals and financing
Technical due diligence establishes the condition, risks and capital expenditure requirements of a building. We manage it as part of an acquisition, disposal or financing and work with specialist partners for this, such as experts in building fabric, building services, fire safety and environmental matters.
We agree the scope of the review with you, compile the documents, coordinate the site inspections and combine the results with the commercial review. Capital expenditure requirements feed into the purchase price, business plan and negotiations.

- Coordination of site inspections
- Building fabric, building services, fire safety, environment (by partners)
