Management, leadership and advice on an interim basis
As advisors we support owners, investors and real estate companies on questions concerning individual assets, portfolios and organisations. We analyse markets, leases and costs, assess the feasibility of modernisation and repositioning, and prepare decisions for management and supervisory bodies.
In interim management we act as managing director of a real estate, property or project company or take on another management or project role for a limited period, such as heading asset or property management, owner representation or the commercial management of a development and construction project. On request, we prepare the handover to a permanent appointment.
